  • Delivery

    Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted Balloon Bubbles, we currently offer local delivery only within BT23 and surrounding areas across Northern Ireland. At this time, we are unable to offer nationwide shipping, as we are committed to ensuring every creation arrives in perfect condition. We hope to introduce UK-wide delivery in the future once we have partnered with a courier service that meets the high standard of care our handcrafted designs deserve.

  • How to Place an Order

    Placing an order is easy! Simply send me a message on Instagram or Facebook, or complete the enquiry form on our Website.

    When getting in touch, please include:

    • Your preferred delivery date
    • The occasion or celebration
    • Your chosen colour palette or theme
    • The type of gift you'd like included inside your Balloon Bubble
    • The delivery location

  • When to Order

    I recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance of your event or celebration wherever possible. This allows me time to thoughtfully source your chosen gift, curate bespoke design elements, and ensure your Balloon Bubble is beautifully cohesive and uniquely yours.
    Should availability and stock allow, I will always do my utmost to accommodate last-minute enquiries.

  • How Long do They Last?

    Our ballons are made from a clear, durable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material rather than traditional latex, giving them their signature crystal-clear appearance and long-lasting quality.

    Their lifespan depends on their care and environment. With the right care, they can be enjoyed for several days to weeks and, in some cases, even months.


    A care card is included with every order, and you'll also find a dedicated section on our website with helpful advice on keeping your Balloon Bubble looking its best for as long as possible

  • How Much do They Cost?

    Each Balloon Bubble is created to order and individually priced, with designs typically ranging from £65-£150+ depending on the size, style, personalisation, gifts, brands, and bespoke elements included.

  • Do you Offer Training or Online Courses?

    Although I don’t currently offer training or online courses, there are many talented educators within the balloon industry who offer wonderful opportunities to learn and develop your skills in this craft.

Personalised

Every Balloon Bubble is thoughtfully personalised to create a meaningful gift, tailored especially for the person receiving it. These personal touches transform your Balloon Bubble into a memorable keepsake, adding an extra special element to your celebration.

Premium-quality vinyl can be applied to the outer balloon, with a wide selection of colours available. We often recommend choosing a shade that complements your overall design, gift, and colour palette for a beautifully cohesive finish.

Our acrylic gift tags can also be personalised with names, birth details, business logos, special questions, congratulations, or heartfelt messages. They can even be kept as a treasured keepsake after the celebration, such as a baby’s birth announcement tag.

For the most elegant finish, we recommend up to 4 words on the balloon and up to 8 words on the acrylic gift tag. We love creating depth and dimension through thoughtful styling, combining different font styles, sizes, and occasionally multiple vinyl colours to create a premium, cohesive finish.
