Your Design Consultation

Once we receive your enquiry, we'll work with you to carefully plan every detail, including:

• Balloon style and size
• Colour palette and luxury finishing details
• Personalised wording for the Balloon Bubble
• Acrylic keepsake tag wording (maximum 15 words)
• Whether you would like to supply the gift yourself or have us thoughtfully source it on your behalf
• Delivery directly to you or as a surprise gift for the recipient

Supplying Your Own Gift

If you are providing the gift to be placed inside your Balloon Bubble, it should be dropped off 6-8 days before your required delivery date to allow sufficient time for preparation and production.

Gift Sourcing Service

If you would prefer us to source the contents for your Balloon Bubble, we're delighted to do so.

Designed Around Your Budget

Smaller budgets are styled using materials that maintain our signature aesthetic, while more bespoke designs can include premium finishes, elevated styling techniques and specially sourced luxury gifts.

Whatever your investment, every Balloon Bubble receives the same meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail and thoughtful finishing touches.

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking once your design has been confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.

As every Balloon Bubble is individually handcrafted and personalised, your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance whenever possible, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
