You can complete the enquiry form directly on our website providing as much detail as possible so we can create the perfect bespoke arrangement for you.

When Making an Enquiry

To help us create your perfect Bubble, please include the following details:

  • Any design requests or colour preferences

  • The type of event or celebration

  • Your required date

  • Delivery location

  • Your budget

Following your enquiry, we will discuss:

  • Size options, materials and luxury trimmings

  • Whether you would like to provide the items for inside the balloon, or for us to thoughtfully source them on your behalf

  • Your message for the acrylic gift tag (maximum 15 words)

  • Your personalised message for the balloon

  • Whether the Bubble will be delivered to you (the buyer) or directly to the recipient

Providing as much detail as possible allows us to design a beautifully curated Bubble tailored perfectly to your occasion.

If you are supplying your own gift to be placed inside the Bubble, items must be dropped off at least 4-5 days prior-to your required delivery date.

If you would like us to source items on your behalf (including flowers, bouquets, wreaths or specific products), please allow a few additional days to ensure everything is ordered and prepared to our standard.

All design details — including colours, styling and finishing touches — will be discussed and confirmed with you before production begins.

If you are looking for something more bespoke, we can create a fully customised design using elevated finishes, premium trimmings and specially sourced items to bring your vision to life.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings once your order has been confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
