Caring for Your Bubble

Below you'll find everything you need to know about caring for your Balloon Bubble. Taking a few moments to read these guidelines will help you enjoy your Bubble for as long as possible.

Balloon Care

Once your Balloon Bubble has been collected or delivered, responsibility for its care transfers to the customer.

To maximise its lifespan:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
  • Store indoors at room temperature.
  • Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
  • Handle your Balloon Bubble with care and avoid excessive handling.
  • Always carry your Balloon Bubble by the gift box base, never by the balloon itself.
  • We strongly recommend leaving your Balloon Bubble in its chosen location once it has been received, as unnecessary movement between environments may affect its appearance and lifespan.
  • Do not leave your Balloon Bubble in a vehicle, particularly overnight.

As our Balloon Bubbles are made from premium (TPU) balloons, they naturally expand and contract with changes in temperature. This is completely normal and may affect their appearance and lifespan.

With the right care, Balloon Bubbles can last from several days to several months, depending on their environment and handling.

Over time, as the balloon naturally reduces in size, the vinyl personalisation may develop slight wrinkles. This is a normal part of the ageing process and is not considered a fault.

Disposal

When you're ready to dispose of your Balloon Bubble:

  • Carefully make a small cut in the balloon using scissors to release the air. Bobo balloons gently deflate rather than popping.
  • Continue cutting down one side to remove the contents.
  • Dispose of the balloon responsibly with your household waste.

We encourage mindful disposal wherever possible.

Reuse & Repurpose

Many elements of your Balloon Bubble have been carefully selected so they can be enjoyed long after your celebration.

Where possible, gifts, gift boxes, acrylic tags, ribbons and decorative elements are attached using methods that allow them to be removed without causing damage. Clothing items, plush toys and keepsakes are secured with care to preserve their condition, allowing them to be reused or treasured long after the balloon has been enjoyed.

Every Balloon Bubble is individually handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our high standards.

Once your Balloon Bubble has been collected or delivered, responsibility for its care and lifespan transfers to the customer. As longevity is influenced by environmental conditions and handling, we cannot guarantee how long a balloon will last after delivery.

We are not liable for damage caused by mishandling, accidents or third parties. Should a replacement balloon be required due to customer damage, replacement costs will apply.

Bubble Balloons Gift Shop is fully insured with BAPIA Public Liability Insurance, and documentation can be provided upon request.
